• Nature’s Sunshine is a direct sales organization that distributes products through a network of Members, Distributors and Managers ("representatives"). When placing an order through a representative, your order may be processed by the representative receiving credit for your order. In that case, personal information to process your order will be shared with your representative. We may provide information on a customer to one of our representatives who may offer further assistance. Each customer may choose how to place an order and may choose not to be contacted when placing an order.
• A Member who recruits a new Member is considered a Sponsor, and Nature’s Sunshine provides confidential reports containing customer information to both the Member and his or her Sponsor, to preserve the integrity of our compensation plan. Each customer may request that his/her email address not be given to his/her representative’s Sponsor by checking the appropriate box on the "Account Maintenance" screen or by contacting Customer Service at 1-800-223-8225. All representatives must abide by this Privacy Policy and must not share confidential information except in connection with their Nature’s Sunshine business.
• We do not collect or use personal information for any purposes outside of customer service, Web site administration, online shopping and company communications. We will always obtain your consent before using personal information for any other purpose.
