The Presidents Trophy, one of NSP's Development Awards, recognizes the efforts of Herb Specialists who have built their business in four key areas: Sponsoring, Training, Manager Development and Sales.
Each year, one Presidents Trophy recipient is chosen to be Manager of the Year based on how well they demonstrate NSPs core values of quality, service and integrity. Managers of the Year receive VIP treatment and special recognition at each NSP event during the year, including National Convention, TAC Trip, Rising Star Convention and Leaders Conference.
